System thinking project PDSA model introduction: As each country begins to access the Internet, the world has changed and competition is intensifying. As the country gains access to the power of the Internet this tool will create greater competition for our students in the 21st century. In this fiercely competitive environment, educational institutions must find ways to help students maintain their competitive advantage. Background Study / Information Model Baldridge Education High Performance Standards (Baldridge, 2010) is a way for schools to systematically improve systematic processes and resources.
The Plan - Execute - Learning - Behavior (PDSA) or Plan - Execute - Confirm - Action (PDCA) model is a continuous improvement method where changes are tested in small cycles. PDSA / PDCA was originally created by Stewart in the 1920's and then changed by Deming. This is a way to combine management thinking and statistical analysis. The PDSA model consists of improvements and necessary changes, implementation of design phase or design change, planning phase to identify measurement and analysis of research or process or results, and take action or resolve if the outcome disappoints It consists of a planning stage to correct the measures. What is the difference between the Shu-heart cycle and the Deming PDSA cycle and the progressive system? Shewhart and Deming have studied a system to deepen the understanding of processes, materials, labor and so on, and continuously improve the quality of products. We are researching a system that continually improves customer's lives by improving desire for development, how to find solutions, how to use solutions, and how to improve our lives. Let your business expand by releasing new wishes and offering products to them. The case study of Justin Jackson and Ash Maurya provides an example of an innovator who is aware of the customer's new desire to unlock when he gains progress. Justin 's Product Staff Club helps entrepreneurs overcome the struggle to maintain motivation long enough for their products to ship. Later, they are facing new challenges - promote newly released products
The basic principle of PDSA cycle is in system theory. System theory means that small changes in the system can produce great results. You can use the PDSA cycle to test small changes, reflect the impact of applying it system-wide or making further changes (Berwick 1998). If you are linking to each other, you can use PDSA loops to improve quality. A clear, intuitive, but powerful tool for implementing changes and improving quality when using the PDSA model within a model for improvement, or as a series of loops within a single team. The advantage is that it can be applied to small changes, but it has surprising results. From an organizational point of view, testing a relatively small amount of resources required for each hypothesis makes the model very attractive.
