PDSA / PDCA was originally created by Stewart in the 1920's and then changed by Deming. This is a way to combine management thinking and statistical analysis. The PDSA model consists of improvements and necessary changes, implementation of design phase or design change, planning phase to identify measurement and analysis of research or process or results, and take action or resolve if the outcome disappoints It consists of a planning stage to correct the measures.
