At the beginning of the Swahh Bharat Mission Gramin in October 2014, 1080 families and 4,200 rural areas were similar to other villages. Approximately 40% of houses, especially economically recessed, do not have a toilet. This disease is very common, at least 1 person is sick every day. In addition, access to the nearby lake environment and Abburu village is quite dirty. By the way, in 2013, a woman who went out to answer the call of nature died due to snake bites.
The Gramin swachh bharat mission is to implement a cleaning program in rural areas. Formerly Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan (aka Total Health Campaign, TSC) was founded by the Indian government to clean rural areas in 1999, but now it has been reorganized into Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin). The purpose of this campaign is to save the rural area from barbaric excretion until 2019 with an estimated cost of 340,000 rupees to build a rupee toilet of 100,000 rupees in the country. There is a big plan to convert waste to biofertilizer and useful energy. This mission includes participation of gram panchayat, panchayat samiti and Zila Parishad. This is the goal of Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin).
In order to achieve universal health insurance and accelerate efforts to focus on hygiene, Indian prime minister Shiiri Narendoramodi launched the Swachh Bharat mission on 2 October 2014. The Task Coordinator should have two team missions for the Minister of Water and Health (MDWS), Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin) and Swachh Bharat Mission (city). The goal of this group is to achieve Swachh Bharat by 2019 as a suitable homage commemorating Mahatma Gandhi's 150th birthday.
