The construction industry has been accused of causing environmental problems such as excessive consumption of global resources in construction and construction work and contamination of surrounding environments and has been used as building materials to reduce green building design and environmental impact Research on the use of is already in progress. However, relying on project design to achieve the objectives of sustainable development or to minimize the impact of appropriate management on site is insufficient to tackle the current problem. The objective of sustainability evaluation goes a step further than the design stage of the project, considering its importance before the detailed design or in the initial stage before the commitment. However, at the evaluation stage of the project, little or no consideration is given to the importance of choosing an environmentally friendly design, the best phase of the environmental problem. The main objective of this paper is to study the development, roles and limitations of current environmental construction evaluation methods to determine the sustainability of buildings used in different countries to discuss the concepts of developing countries is. This paper discussed in detail the multidimensional law-based project evaluation sustainability model enabling ranking of alternatives.
The field of sustainable development can be conceptually divided into three elements: environmental sustainability, economic sustainability, socio-political sustainability. Discussion about sustainability is usually established in these fields, economics of energy production plays an increasingly prominent role. Questions about sustainability and long-term environmental risk included severe debate and controversy, including the following socially very fundamental questions. In democratic society, people are not allowed to pursue happiness. By doing so, it is harmless to others. In reality, all economic activities cost money. Some are clearly visible, others are uncertain and intangible costs. This is a problem in human history and various economic activities. As a society, how do we cope with the uncertain cost that appears suddenly in the future and appears in an unexpected place?
Existing research indicates that construction activities are the main cause of environmental pollution. Therefore, sustainable development is the answer to reduce the main impact on the environment. For sustainability, the construction industry itself must be top priority and most sustainable. There are three factors related to sustainable development, economic, social and environmental factors. Economic sustainability includes improving profitability and competitiveness. Sustainability of social elements includes all aspects of providing buildings and infrastructure that meet the requirements of users and stakeholders. On the other hand, the sustainability of the environment considers concerns about protection of natural ecosystems and minimization of environmental impacts, and consumption of energy and natural resources. In other words, a sustainable building is a building that contributes to sustainable development.
