Susan B. Anthony and The Women Suffrage Movement

Susan B. Anthony (1820-1906) is considered one of the most influential people among women's modern feminists and is a symbol of women's suicide movement. Anthony is known for his overseas speech, distribution of petition, and organization of local women's rights groups. Anthony was born in Adams, Massachusetts. After the Anthony family moved to Rochester in New York in 1845, they actively participated in the anti-slavery movement and gained more supporters nationwide.

Susan B. Anthony joined the American women's corruption campaign in 1852. Despite being opposed and abused, Anthony still traveled through the United States. She also claims women's labor organizations, claiming women's possession of property and the right to maintain income. She was commemorated with dollar coins. Anthony's efforts brought voting rights to women on August 18, 1920. Probably the most famous civil rights activist in the US is Dr. Martin Luther King, who led the nonviolent movement from the 1950s to the early 1960s. He insisted on protests and grassroots organizations and citizens did not abide by violent behavior. He is known for his "I will dream" speech at the Lincoln Memorial Hall on August 28, 1963. In 1964, Martin Luther King Jr., 35 years old, became the youngest person who won the Nobel Peace Prize. (at that time). The king was assassinated on April 4, 1968
