Survival of Bean Trees In 1859, Charles Darwin announced his most famous work "Origins of Species" through natural selection (Encarta 96). This book explained the theory of natural selection of Darwin, which is quite different from the process of separating wheat from rice husk, but the most inappropriate ones are eliminated and only the optimum will survive. This extension of the theory known as social Darwinism appeared in the late nineteenth century. "Social Darwinists believe that human beings such as animals and plants survive and strive to expand by success in life" (Encarta 96).
This very important invention comes from cacao tree beans planted more than 3000 years ago by the Mayans, Aztecs and Torques in ancient Central America. These civilizations make bubble drinks using tree fruits, cocoa beans. Foam drinks are considered energy drinks, mood-promoting agents, aphrodisiacs. Maya worships cacao trees, cacao beans have become very valuable and used as currency. In the 16th century, the Spanish conquistadors who wanted gold and silver in the new world brought chocolate back to Europe and evoked enthusiasm.
Every chocolate starts with seeds called cocoa which grows on a small tree. Cacao beans are produced in many countries in Central and South America. The history of chocolate began in Latin America and cocoa beans were first discovered in tropical trees 2000 years ago. It is Maya that I first noticed using these beans to produce all kinds of chocolate. They call it Kakawabeen. This is the origin of chocolate in the world. They use beans the most to make spicy foam drinks.
Cocoa is the main ingredient of all chocolate recipes. Cacao is known as a cacao seed growing from cacao trees, or more generally cocoa beans. Cocoa trees are noisy trees and can only be produced in hot and humid tropical climates 20 degrees above the equator at a certain height. These trees depend heavily on insects in the middle, as flowers can pollinate and produce results (Coe and Coe 19-21, 27). Cocoa beans grow with a sheath filled with meat, about 30 to 40 beans grow in the sheath. Unlike most trees, the fruit is hanging from the branches, and the cocoa pod germinates directly from the trunk. In its original form, cocoa beans occupy half the size of fat and cacao butter. When cocoa butter is extracted from cocoa beans, the rest is cacao (or cacao), which is the main component of all chocolate (Coe and Coe 27). The fact of cocoa is cultivated first before cocoa beans turn into chocolate.
