Supplementary applications must be completed by all applicants. Deadlines for M.D./Ph.D Application for supplementation is at midnight CST on November 1, and ordinary medical school supplementation application is late at night of CST in December.

Completion / confirmation of the document (After receiving the valid AMCAS request and supplementary application, you can check the completion / status of the file.)

All applicants need an additional application fee of $ 100. The School of Medicine uses only First Data to receive electronic payment. Postal checks and money orders are not accepted

If you have an AMCC FAP, the additional application fee will be $ 50. Please follow the instructions at the end of supplementary invoice

We will begin formulating a financial plan to apply for a dental school. For students applying for multiple courses, a separate supplemental application is required for each major. After receiving the PASS application form from Boston University, registration will provide supplementary application form to applicant by e-mail. There is no link to supplemental application's online release. The admissions office must receive a PASS application before issuing supplemental application e-mail. We require that supplements be completed within two weeks after receiving e - mail.

Once the supplementary application is completed, you are guided to a secure online payment system to use the debit or credit card payment application fee. Application fee will not be refunded and application fee will not be included in fee if accepted applicant is registered as student.
