Several respondents to Super Size Me's movies said that Americans always refuse to eat fast food, but that is really easy. No, there are many factors related to when an individual or family decides to eat fast food for a particular meal of the day. This decision includes, but is not limited to, several factors, including the following: First, most people are busy with work, so there is not much time to cook on that day. Secondly, children play an important role in whether mothers stay in McDonald's or not.

Super Size Me is the perfect movie to understand the importance of meals and diet. It tells us in particular the dangers of fast food and which foods are a better choice! Super Size Me is a wonderful educational tool for all viewers. This documentary shows us the danger of eating fast food, especially McDonald's. Morgan Spurlock continued to eat McDonald 's fast food for 30 days. He was shocked by the 25 pound he earned, and the possibility of heart disease doubled. I know that fast food is bad, but the sharp increase in weight and the increase in the risk of heart disease are shocking. Morgan spent 14 months to reduce his extra weight. In fact, 40% of the meal is eaten everyday, but this is a crazy statistic and I think that should not exist! I fully agree that fast food is the cause of obesity.

When Morgan Spurlock spent one month eating a lot of his documentary Supersize Me, he gained weight, damaged the liver, and complained of addictive withdrawal symptoms. This is usually due to the toxic mixture of carbohydrates and fats as well as chemicals and preservatives added to the junk food. But are there any other explanations? We might forget other people who do not like fast food. These are poor creatures living in the dark. These are more than a tenth of our total human cells, trillions of microorganisms that digest our food, supply a lot of vitamins and nutrients, and keep our health. Until recently, we thought they were harmful - but they are only a few (like Salmonella), and for the most part it is essential to us.
