Should fast food companies be responsible for obesity in the United States? Explain the reason for your opinion
I personally think that it is stupid that someone is responsible for their weight problem. They choose to eat there, I believe they know the dangers of eating this food. Fast food is very unhealthy and this is a very general knowledge. These people appealing McDonald's may not be exercising at all and may not eat healthy things at home. When they are really worried about their health, they ask about nutrients and try to observe their weight and what they eat. Even if someone gets fat, that is their own responsibility.
I believe people have food poisoning. With Super Size Me, they talk about the medicine that they do not want the food they use for people who use drugs like heroin. They basically say that food has the same addiction as medicine. The best way to avoid getting absorbed in bad food is not to eat them.
Super Size Me is the perfect movie to understand the importance of meals and eating habits. It tells us in particular the dangers of fast food and which foods are a better choice! Super Size Me is a wonderful educational tool for all viewers. This documentary shows us the danger of eating fast food, especially McDonald's. Morgan Spurlock continued to eat McDonald 's fast food for 30 days. He was shocked by the 25 pounds he earned, and the possibility of heart disease doubled. I know that fast food is bad, but the sharp increase in weight and the increase in the risk of heart disease are shocking. Morgan spent 14 months to reduce his extra weight. In fact, 40% of the food is eaten outdoors every day, but this is crazy statistics, I think that it should not exist! I fully agree that fast food is a problem causing obesity.
When Morgan Spurlock ate many McDonalds in a month for the documentary Supersize Me, he gained weight and liver damage and complained of addictive withdrawal symptoms. This is usually due to the toxic mixture of carbohydrates and fats as well as chemicals and preservatives added to the junk food. But is there another explanation? We may forget those who really do not like fast food. These are poor creatures living in the dark. These are ten times more common than our human cells, are trillions of micro-organisms that digest our food, provide more vitamins and nutrients, and keep us healthy. Until recently, we thought they were harmful - but they are only a few examples (like Salmonella), and most are essential to us.
