Super Service

I am reviewing Jeff and Valerie Gee's book "Super Service". I was initially attracted to this book because subtitles are "seven keys to provide high quality customer service ... even if you do not like it!" Clients provide a new optimistic approach and make this work more meaningful for these tasks. At first glance, this book is too simplistic. But I found that it is very well written and clearly expresses its perspective without unnecessarily drilling down complex theories.
