Summer Reading and Math Packets

In the summer, many children lose their knowledge and skills. This is often referred to as "summer slide". Participating in the summer study session will help prevent landslides in the summer

All current and future students will need the homework linked below. This work is graded on the first day of the course.

Traditionally, students were bombarded with summer reading lists, math packages and historic reading to prepare for the next grade - but in reality, in fact students do not necessarily have to learn skills while summer vacation I hope to relax in the new content next year. Instead of assigning them summer books, how about letting them choose their own books? There is no limit to what they can read: graphic novels, short stories, poetry or literary works. Have the students choose books and write their diaries. You can give them special hints, but remembering why they would like to read their views and explanations about the work they have chosen to contemplate their thoughts and tasks I will help you.

This may be your first summer, you are not obliged; math bags, summer reading list, and there is no fear of returning to school in two months. The university is a new way of life, very busy, but a big change. Before going crazy, please concentrate on relaxing with close friends who are at home aside from pressure and anxiety. If you get out of the high school bubble, you will not be able to say it for a while.

Students need to complete the pre-course data package for each mathematics course studied. In full-year and first semester courses this means that students can participate in summer work. In the second semester, the student must take the package before the course before the first day of the course in mid-January. Preschool packages can be found on the CRLS and CRLS math website. This field offers packaging and in addition to daily reading, these materials hope your child will help maintain the skills he learned during the grade. This event is based on English / Language Arts and Math PA Core Standard. This package is designed so that students complete one or two pages a week during the summer. However, if your student has completed in advance, I urge you to see the next grade. Please save your work and hand it to the new teacher of the students on the first day of August. Students who submit parcels in the first week of school are entered in the drawing to acknowledge their diligence and receive various awards. Also, please make sure your students read every day.
