This summer's challenge was due to the deadline that all of us covered the enormous content of APUSH within nine months. In order to deeply study the various eras of American history, we need to introduce the history of the first 350 years of summer and some non-fictional history which is particularly easy to read. When you return to school in August, you will be tested for materials covered by American colonies. Specified reading is as follows: The book "American Colony" should be chosen from my classroom (# 20) by Wednesday, May 19th. You will bear the cost of this book. Please read this book carefully. When reading, please obey instructions of book analysis on pages 3-7 of this document. America's colony: North America's solution

Your APUSH tour begins this summer with a summer mission. The goal of the assignment is to introduce the work you complete in a year. Summer assignments are divided into two parts to reflect the typical assignments completed during the course two weeks. For example, on the first part of the assignment (Friday, July 20), read and answer the questions in the textbook chapter, read and analyze the primary and secondary materials, and write articles. In the second part of the assignment (Friday, August 3), I will read and answer the questions in other chapters and complete some commentary cards. Note cards will help you learn materials and will serve as a source of review for future exams, including the AP exam in May.
