Sufficient Rest is Fundamental for Survival

Despite the belief that rest is important for health and typical development and progression, there is no kinetics of resting physiology (National Center on Sleep Disorders Research, 2011). The National Institute of Health (NIH) demonstrates that adequate rest is the basis for healthy work and survival, yet the definition of 'satisfactory sleep' differs from person to person. For young adults and young adults in particular it is normal to take a break rather than a good resting exercise.

One of the most fundamental goals of any species is to survive. Every day is the pursuit of this kind of survival. Wake up to make sure that we live, that we are present today, and that we will live until sunset to get a good night's sleep and witness the sun again in the morning. In an infinite generation cycle, human life has achieved the fundamental purpose of survival. In addition to surviving as seeds, we have grown into the most complex species on Earth. It is full of mysterious, emotional, moral creatures; we have crossed the basic reset function to overcome survival. We were born from the spirit of survival and breeding, but only become races rooted in emotions and complex thoughts. - The behavior of experts marked as well-trained experts in a particular field is not enough to acquire knowledge. Merriam Webster defines professionalism as "skills expected by experienced people, superior judgment, and polite behavior" (Webster, 2014). In order to be considered professional, nursing students must obey a series of specific behaviors that explain their professionalism.

As mentioned in the section on survival, the basic concept of meta - system transfer theory is immortal. We understand eternal life as a limit of stability, infinite survival, duration, sustainability, and lack or change in change. The expression "survival of fitties" is often trivial. We understand it better as an adaptive definition of survival, hence the definition of stability. It is inevitable that evolution creates stability, so it can be said that evolution moves towards eternal life. This can be seen in genetics, where the genes (according to some definitions) are immortal. (But this does not mean that immortality is essential for evolution)
