From a broad perspective, success is very important to everyone in the present situation we are facing. To succeed, you can do this in a variety of ways, such as working hard, learning lots, taking risks. I agree with the idea that those who check the new things and take risks are more successful than just those who do what they know. I think there are two main reasons for this, so I will explain it in the next paragraph.

First of all, trying new things gives us a great opportunity, and we can get many valuable experiences. We need to strengthen our will and determination to take risks, especially when the benefits of the decision outweigh the disadvantage. My experience proves this concept. Last year, a famous company wanted me to work for them, and my salary exceeded my normal salary. But in most cases I have to go abroad. It has many advantages and provides important information, so I chose it.

Furthermore, repeated acts are really hard, making our lives meaningless. Those who tend to try new actions are brave because they want to prove themselves and they are not afraid of failure. For example, my brother is really fearless and adventurous. Two years ago, he began to build his own business with some money. Now he is confident with success.

Third, as adventure knows that we may encounter many difficulties without effort, we will encourage us to work harder than before. In fact, we do not know what kind of problems will happen on the way. So we should do our utmost to achieve our goals.

In a nutshell, I truly believe they will be more successful if people take risks. Since then, it was very rich, fun, and moving.

I know a few "successful" people who do not show these three habits. They try not to understand but to try to understand. They are not synergistic, they only do things "in their own way", but treat others as inferior. They are not team members. They are not educated. They did not establish mutually beneficial relationships. In fact, they do not care much about other people. It is said that the 21st century is the age of women. Because women naturally demonstrate many of the necessary functions to prosper in today's worldwide, team-driven economy. On average, women are better teamwork and collaborators. On the other hand, men tend to self-absorb with self. Men prefer glory, but women only want to contribute and grow.

Successful people try risking by trying new things. We do not just do things that they already know

Rather than doing the same thing over and over again it is important to give people the opportunity to explore and try new things. The company proved that this was very successful. When Google makes employees spend 20% of their time on their personal projects, many of them eventually benefit the company. This is a form of kindergarten learning - allowing people to explore new things and try to learn. Everyone can gain a profit if everyone can fine-tune their work so that creative learning is spiraling
