One of the greatest accomplishments of the establishment of the United States is the establishment of a system of constitutional establishment of an impressive political system. The two very important aspects of the US Constitution - the separation of federalism and power - shows a tremendous effort in setting up a setter to break government power. And they made a great success. According to a social contract written by John Rock, people must agree with the government to protect their natural rights.
The biggest obstacle to its success is the failure of American people to participate. Emphasis is put on it. An important part of successful US action is the understanding of the nature of the problem and the relief applied by the American people. Political passion and prejudice should have no effect. We have a vision, and we think that our people are willing to face the immense responsibility of history for our country.
In many ways, the era of reconstruction can be regarded as failure and success. America eventually came to be called "America" again and was successful. It completed the separation between the north and the south and ended the separation attempt from the south to the north. Each province in the south has a new state constitution draft. The Constitution has made new modifications: 13, 14 and 15. These modifications give equal rights to people of all colors. The era of civil war and reconstruction also helped solve the federalism dispute between Kentucky and Virginia. Because of the reconstruction era, the United States is now a country, not just a country.
