Success Of Teamwork

Successful teamwork When people think of their lives and accomplished achievements to become wealthy and happy, they tend to focus on success in life. The success of many people is based on what you did in the work, school life, family life, or what you did. According to Webster 's New World Dictionary, what is defined as success is "1. Good results are the success of people who gain wealth and fame" (Neufeldt & Sparks, 1995, p. 589).

C. Teamwork is the key to success. Teamwork is indispensable from minimum units to the entire Marine Corps. As a naval officer, you need to stick to your marine teamwork. Train, play, and operate as a team. Make sure that each Marine Corps knows your position and responsibility within the framework of the team. It is one. The leader must be able to quickly estimate the situation and make the right decision based on that estimate. If you are hesitant or you are not willing to make a decision, your subordinate loses confidence in your ability as a leader. As a result, losing confidence may cause confusion and hesitation within the unit.

Team work is wonderful if you understand its nature and function within the team's reasonable principle. Every successful team has a metaphor of "Andon Cord". It relies on the team's shoulders to create a successful environment for the team. You can not replace the effect of one-on-one and positive feedback. Two success factors, productivity and cohesion are cyclic processes. If team members do not understand good teamwork rules, work will be the worst nightmare

Contributing to teamwork is important. This is a joint contribution of each team member who cooperated as a team to succeed. Because this is the backbone of teamwork, all employees need to unite and not be selfish. We can not find success unless each member cooperates. All team members will support each other with all my heart and work for the benefit of the team. Indeed, there is not much cooperation, giving and selfish behavior.
