Models and frameworks such as the Gibbs (1988) model are often used to promote reflective practice. The same important introspective questions as presented in Section 2 can also be applied to occupational practice. At the most basic level, the framework can be based on an extended model such as the Gibbs (1988) model for considering practices and important events whether it consists of only three phases (see Figure 1) Yes (see Table 1) The following example is provided only as a guide to thinking about and starting to learn meaningful events for you. These questions are only used as a first hint to help you identify and develop options.
Can you draw more general conclusions from experience, evaluation and analysis? Can you learn more about your personal reaction, situation, how to work?
What is your current action plan? What steps do you take based on what you learned?
By applying this systematic approach to evaluation, analysis, problem solving, pattern recognition, and meaning creation, you can not only achieve higher level learning but also decide your own learning needs, Improve. Occupational decision-making and judgment requirements (meet the requirements of each situation)
One of the best ways to think about the reasons for studying in graduate school is to discuss your decision with other students. Why do not you ask some graduate students at your university about their plan? You can also contact the current graduate students through a community including graduate school forums. The best way to understand if graduate qualifications can help you get into a particular career is to talk to a career counselor. Or, if possible, contact the relevant recruiter and employer. You will find many ways that often exist in occupations. These may include graduate studies, but they are not necessarily limited to this
Graduate training prepares you for a higher level position in your current organization and occupation. This does not necessarily mean learning a special management course (such as MBA). Postgraduate courses can help you simply improve your practical expertise and your resume can be the last thing necessary to really bring about change. Not all university scholars spend their entire career at "Ivory Tower". Many people are actually coming from a professional background such as business or journalism. Your direct experience in one of these areas can make you a good teacher and researcher. However, you can understand topics from academic point of view.
