Looking back at lots of Western movies when I was young, Native Americans are either elderly Americans or drunk Americans, so I can not work physically or mentally. Abuse of this kind of alcohol is generally widely accepted as a standard by European Americans other than Native American, without avoiding drunk, booking trees, in addition to recall of behavior and understanding of the environment. Tribes neglect to use alcohol and drugs, but substance dependence is one of the main causes of health problems faced by Native Americans.
Indigenous people's mental health problems including depression, anxiety, suicide, and drug abuse are said to involve violent acts including physical and sexual abuse 12. The suicide rate varies depending on the region and tribe, but recently the analysis of the airspace in the southwest shows that it is the most common suicide among unmarried young men. There is no data on the proportion of physical or sexual abuse. Due to the lack of systematic studies of psychiatric epidemiology, a few field studies have provided some empirical data 68. In one study, drug abuse disorders and other psychiatric disorders were evaluated with SADS-L. Three of the 104 adult patients were mental disorder clinics, 83% were major depression, 50% were secondary alcohol dependence, 20% were generalized anxiety, and 17% were substance abuse.

According to the National Institute for Drug Abuse, nearly 50% of women in the Native American community (drug abuse rates are "worse than we think") have experienced intimate partner violence throughout their lives. This is the best domestic violence among the population of the United States. In 2002, the Ministry of Justice called for professional medical care for their injuries because most of the injured victims of family members did not want to be embarrassed, not to arrest abusers, or to abuse It reported that it was not. They do not want exposure to drugs or alcohol abuse
