Subjection of Women in Wuthering Heights and A Doll’s House

"Doll's House" by Henrik Ibsen and "Wuthering Heights" by Emily Bronte were published in the 19th century and the women's rights movement began to appear. In 1755, Corsica allowed a woman to vote until it was handed over to France in 1769. This began rolling women's universal election rights. This drama and story is the last remnant of the Western world where women 's rights were little (if at all).
