My research and opinion developed a new focus. My observation, including my interview, took place at Meridian Ballroom 's MUC (Morris University Center) campus. Dr. James J. Weingartner is an emeritus professor at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois. He holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Wisconsin. Everett and Malmédy Macacre; Numerous articles on war crimes and war crime trials in World War II

Elza Ibroscheva is an assistant professor at the Mass Communication department in Edwardsville, Southern Illinois University. She has a bachelor's degree in journalism and English from the University of Bulgaria in the USA and a master's degree and a doctorate degree from the Carbondale Journalism School of Southern Illinois University. Her field of research is international communication, Eastern European media, political communication, and media women all over the world. She is writing a book chapter and some articles on media development of women's participation in politics in Bulgaria and Bulgaria. We also received several research grants including scholarships from the University of Oslo, Norwegian University, and Central European universities.
