Spigner is one of the fastest growing college students seeking mental health treatment on campus and facing demand for unprecedented consulting services. Between 2015 and 2015, the number of students visiting the counseling center increased by an average of about 30%, but the number of enrollees increased by less than 6%, the University Mental Health Center found in the 2015 report It was. According to the annual report of the American University Health Association, only 25.1% of students have been diagnosed or treated for mental health in the last 12 months (American College Health Association, 2016 ). Kim, Saw, and Zane (2015) point out that a relatively small number of students seeking treatment may be due in part to lack of mental health literacy. In fact, their research suggests that college students who are experiencing depression and anxiety are less likely to recognize the symptoms of depression, and that mental health literacy of all participants is low.
