In order to fulfill its core mission of educational fairness and justice, ELC strives to establish and protect NJ's student's rights and needs in school discipline programs. Through lawsuits, advocacy of regulation and legislation, and guidance to students and their families, ELC reduces the punishment and recollections of "zero tolerance" and keeps the quality of education for all student dignity and proper process I am aiming for.

Student discipline 51. How do you influence civil rights in managing discipline of students?
