Structure of sightseeing There are many types of attractions in Britain. There are people like teenagers and families theme parks, historical people and British people such as a wonderful heritage. Regardless of where they are and how far they are, there is something that everyone is interested in regards to whom you are basically regardless of what you want to do. The structure of tourism is constantly evolving. According to the historical development of tourism, structure varies from country to country. The majority of travel agencies are small independent entities, but some large international companies have dominated the market. From the perspective of the hospitality industry, intermediaries can be classified according to the following general headings (Bowie and Buttle, 2011). The concept of a travel agency was established in the travel market. They serve as intermediaries between clients and airlines, hotels, car rental companies, attractions, entertainment, events and sports venues.
In the analysis of the hospitality industry, we used Porter (1985) to explain how MCH fits the structure of the tourism industry (see Figure 1). In the tourism industry, the service is very important to achieve customer satisfaction. High level of quality of service can reduce the threat of new entrants to the industry. The threat of new entrants is moderate. This is because large-scale hotels such as mothers 'and children' s health care establish tourism. There is a large customer database. They can also use price war to lower the price new hotel can not offer. MCH has a strong brand image and has established brand recognition in the market.
E tourism can be defined as analysis, design, implementation, and application of IT and e-commerce solutions in the tourism industry, analysis of their respective economic processes and market structures, and customer relationship management. From the perspective of communication science, e-tourism can be defined as any application of information and communication technology (ICT) in hotels, tourism, and even travel experiences.
