Everyone feels pressure from time to time. Not all stress is bad. Every animal has a stress response that can save life. However, chronic stress can cause physical and mental damage.

Traumatic stress occurs when there is a risk of serious injury or death. Examples include serious accidents, wars, attacks, natural disasters and so on. This type of stress can lead to posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

Various people may feel pressure in various ways. Some people have gastrointestinal symptoms. Others have headaches, insomnia, depression, anger, and irritation. People exposed to chronic stress are infected more frequently and severely by viruses such as influenza and colds. Vaccines such as influenza vaccine are not very effective.

Some people respond to stress more effectively than others. It is important to understand your limitations from the stress point of view so that you can avoid the more serious health consequences

The need for your body is constantly changing. We deal with a lot of stress everyday. Your body should always adapt and resist emotional stress, environmental stress, physical stress, etc. These stresses may cause your body to need more or less specific nutrients on any given day. Stress is stress when life hits you terribly, and you are angry / sad / tired. It includes work, human relations, material benefits, travel and so on. Stress is not a disease, it is a reaction.
