Introduction Recent research (Jeanne Segal et al., 2012) shows that in this difficult economic environment, many people show that it is more difficult than ever to cope with workplace stress . Regardless of occupation, qualification, and salary level, people are getting ready, not feeling relaxed, becoming more and more exhausted and runaway. Although some stress is a normal part of the workplace, excessive stress may affect productivity and reduce physical and mental well-being. Stress can occur from a variety of causes, from an unfair workload received from an employee, employee, boss, or colleague from home. It may also be caused by random factors such as weather.

What is stress accompanying work? As we all know, work stress is a big problem. Any pressure will reduce the happiness of employees, and people have realized that excessive or ongoing work stress can lead to stress. Occupational stress poses risks to most companies and pressure compensation is increasing. It is important to tackle issues by coping with excessive and long-term stress factors. We are all experiencing work stress, school pressure, interpersonal stress - this is a natural reaction to threatening us in the environment.
