In 1933, Franklin D. Roosevelt brought the first "New Deal". This is the first step to help railway and agriculture coordinate the economy to achieve greater equality. The second "New Deal" appeared in 1934 and then developed political legislation and social systems to help the working class. These systems and political laws appear in the form of social security, unemployment, Wagner law, domestic labor relations law and fair labor standards. But during this time companies and workers are still learning how to re - adjust, and will not continue fighting yet.

The day of workers is a holiday celebrated on the first Monday of September. It respects the American labor movement and the power of the state, the prosperity, the contribution of workers to law and well-being. This is a long weekend called Monday 's worker' s weekend. And it is considered an informal end to the US summer. It is considered a federal vacation. Since the latter half of the nineteenth century, with the growth of labor unions and labor movement, members have proposed to keep one day to celebrate labor. The central labor union and the Labor Knights promoted the days of workers who held the first parade in New York. In 1887, Oregon became the first state in the United States to make it an official holiday. When it became the official federal holiday in 1894, 30 states in the United States officially celebrated the day of the workers.

Due to labor union growth and labor movement since the late nineteenth century various trade union organizations have chosen various days to celebrate labor. In the U.S., a September holiday called the working day was first proposed in the early 1880s. There is another story about the origin of the event. According to the early history of Labor Day, this event began at the Labor Order 's Conference held in New York in September, 1882. A public demonstration of various labor organizations took place on September 5 under the auspices of the New York Central Coalition (CLU) in connection with this secret Order. CLU secretary general Matthew Maguire succeeded on the first public holiday to be held on the first Monday of September every year after the public demonstration succeeded.
