Overview of Strategic and Strategic Planning In 2007 surveys of Western companies, more than 95% of people employed strategic planning processes. According to the survey, strategic planning is a very important approach aimed at creating an effective timely framework.
In order for a business strategy to succeed, organizations need to define and form strategic understanding of internal and external environments. This process includes information retrieval, selection, interpretation, and evaluation. In this survey, we first identify the importance of the organization's performance strategy and strategy development method. Therefore, if the failure rate of strategic execution is high, many questions arise. In fact, there are major barriers to successfully implementing strategies. Researchers are aware that the lack of method, or related methods, is one of the main tasks of strategic development. Indeed, they even think that this is one of the main factors of a successful implementation strategy. In this context, this survey describes key strategies in the business environment, focusing on achieving the most common strategic objectives, customer satisfaction, optimal utilization of resources, and expansion of the organization.
In this research, we are trying to clarify the argument that a consistent approach to achieve success is necessary for strategy formulation. To analyze this problem, the study is divided into six parts. Part 2 details the importance of executing strategies in business organizations. Since then, the third section explains the strategy development approach and the controversial role in strategy success. Next, in Part 4 we will discuss some of the most important ways of strategy development. Since then, this research has applied that theory to Avon's strategic behavior. Finally, it is important that Part 6 combines the lessons of research.

The mission statement contains the organization's current business, its products or services, value, market, idea, self-concept, interest in the public, and employee interest (Pearce). & Robinson, 2006).
