It can also be regarded as a general emotional or psychological state caused by unrecognized causes and stimuli. In other words, worrying is worrying about what happens and what will happen. This restlessness or anxiety can cause various psychological and physical disorders such as anorexia, insomnia, headache, palpitations, sweating, and tremor.

Test anxiety Students may feel insecure about testing and may feel uneasy before testing the situation. Some degree of test anxiety is normal, students can prepare more effectively, work more efficiently, and continue to concentrate during the test. However, too much anxiety may adversely affect performance. The following strategies help students, parents and teachers alleviate test anxiety. Parent's strategy to reduce test anxiety • Talk frankly and actively about testing. • Encourage you to do your best while realistically expecting your child's performance. • Focusing on testing is only an indicator of academic performance. • Emphasizing the score of the test does not determine the value of that person.
