Story of a Romanian Immigrant

The story of immigrants from Romania is not a simple immigration process to the United States. Millions of people emigrated to the United States, but for current national security this is imposed on immigrant applicants. Even getting a simple tourist visa can be a tough test, and most foreigners are not wealthy.

This movie is the story of immigrants to Romania's Romulus Gaitza in Romania after the Second World War and the struggle of his son Raimonds who faced adversity. As familiar families died next to him, Raymond must deal with the deterioration of his father's mental health. This is a story of impossible love, and eventually celebrates the unbroken relationship between the father and his son. This article covers Mircea Danila Dumitrescu @ StatusToday, leader and co-founder and CTO of IT London community in Romania. Mircea is a technical geek, business oriented and fighting ruthlessly between the two, he is a Romanian entrepreneur who moved to London several years ago. An excited father, hence an incurable idealist, he is an adventurer, a high achievement, a practical and perfectionist businessman.

Through a series of interviews, our goal is to bring you a wonderful story of science and technology from Romanians around the world. In this article, we will introduce co-founder and researcher Radu-Mircea Giurgiu and PostDoc @ MELiSSA of Plantuek Lab. When studying the landscape architecture, I used to treat plants as adornments. Throughout the study, I better understand their function, and now I will focus on simulating natural processes in a controlled environment to improve plant cultivation systems. I am a plant scientist and I am increasingly curious about how nature works and how we use technology as a tool to "communicate" with plants.
