Link is a 16-year-old boy who left home because of family problems, Shelter was a 47-year-old man who was discharged for medical reasons and did not agree with it. He thinks it is his responsibility to get rid of the homeless. The link has moved away from everything (his family) and from homeless to London. The shelter does not like homeless, I think that he thinks they are "wasting space" evacuation shelter, and will return to the apartment where he intends to kill them and start bribing them! The shelter killed a lot of friends on the link, and the link began to wonder why they were missing.
