Statue of Liberty, a woman with a robe representing Libertas' Statue of Liberty. She embraced the flashlight on her head with her right hand and held a white board with Roman figures engraved with "Sky IV MDCCLXXVI" (July 4, 1776) on the left hand side of the American Declaration of Independence.
