Purpose statement I hope to hone my research skills by acquiring a master's degree in Supply Chain Management from the University. My enthusiasm for this research comes from two aspects, curiosity and my experience. My first interest in supply chain management arises from my experience. Supply Chain Management (SCM): Supply Chain Management (SCM) is the process of planning, implementing, and controlling supply chain operations to meet customer needs as efficiently as possible. Supply chain management covers all mobile and storage supply chain management, including planning and management of all activities related to raw materials, work in progress from place of origin to consumption point, procurement, procurement, processing, logistics management doing. It also includes important components for coordination and collaboration with channel partners, including suppliers, brokers, third-party service providers, and customers. Essentially, supply chain management integrates supply and demand management within and between enterprises.

5PL provides supply chain management and provides system-oriented consulting and supply chain management services to customers. Advances in technology and accompanying supply chain visibility and expansion of intercompany communication have created a relatively new model for third party logistics operations, a "non-asset logistics provider". New brokers tend to use services called "smile and dial up" brokers. Basically it can be used as a telemarketing call center. The broker is not obliged to ship all goods successfully (not the contract logistics provider). Also, almost all sales representatives (and 100%) are heavily trusted and most employees spend on cold call sales leads.
