My personal goal is to work hard at the next level of the army. I am currently Sergeant Army sergeant, I am working for my next level sergeant. The way I am working towards this goal is to take advantage of some of the attributes I have learned from the SMART goal process. One starts with my physical condition. The way I work in this direction is that I will start spending time on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. To deal with what I am working on, I will run an hour on these chosen days.
I joined the army for the first time in 1996, and it is a part of the food supply unit that most soldiers might think is the most important unit of every order. My battlefield is the kitchen I got from the army and my army soldiers are promoted to the rise of my kitchen. When I became a private first class in 1998, I also got the title of the first Cook. In 2001, I became the first chef of Senior 's Staff Sergeant and Mess Kitchen' s staff. Currently I am a leading sergeant and I am responsible for food and beverage facility. Becoming an administrator of food drink facilities is not easy. I have to know how to manage 25 people and base camp and wild meal planning, multitasking between cooking and food distribution. Sometimes it can be a real headache, especially when I have to work at the theater
Raise military rank: Unlike private, professional, and military promotion procedures, promotion of SGT and SSG is based on competition from the whole military. The game is based on a point system that provides points for shooting distance score, performance evaluation, fitness, education level, rewards and promotion committee rankings. SFC is the first level applied to the term Advanced NCO. The first class of the platoon sergeant or sergeant usually has a military experience of more than 15 to 18 years and I hope that this experience will serve as a quick and accurate decision to make for mission and soldier's interests It is natural.
Sergeant 's chief occupies less than 1% of the military and usually consists of the most experienced leaders of the military. There are nine soldiers in the Army, and you must be chosen by the entire promotion team in the army companion to reach this renowned level. These team reviewed all the careers of qualified soldiers and ranked them based on their grades, possibilities, education, fitness, compensation and task difficulty. The actual number of choices is based on the expected recruitment but it is usually between 10 and 15% (in 2016 the sergeant chose about 8%). These committees ensure that only the best people are responsible for serving as sergeant.
