Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Prague is a beautiful old town (Staré Mesto), an ideal place to start your journey. There is the Astronomical Clock in Prague (currently under renovation until August 2018), the oldest astronomical clock in the world. As the 12 apostles per hour appear in the small window of the clock, you can find that place in the Old Town. It took almost a minute for this parade to definitely be worth a look. Visitors to Prague are advised to depart from the Old Town Square. It is the historical center of the city. There are several churches in the Old Town Church including Teen Church. Astronomical clock is an old watch of the 15th century. Every hour, twelve apostles and various characters will appear and will march on a clock program.
