Standards of Professional Conduct

From January 1, 2007, the purpose of the Certified Financial Planner's (CFP®) Board of Directors' Professional Code of Conduct is to ensure that individual actions do not adversely affect the careers of Certified Financial Planner. Criteria include: ethics and professional responsibilities, codes of conduct, standards for the practice of financial planning, discipline rules and procedures, and candidate health standards. These standards establish characteristics and compliance standards to promote and protect the integrity of the CFP® logo.

Violation of professional behavioral standards - The law recognizes that certain legal standards are professionally recognized as acceptable behaviors. These professional codes of conduct depend largely on the ethics of the State Bar Association. Lawyers are responsible for enabling customers and attorneys to perform their business within these standards. The client shall perform the business at the level of the ability of lawyers to comply with the law, act in an ethical and honest manner, act for the best interests of clients with sincerity, diligence, honesty and to protect justice You can expect to do. That's right. Lawyers must also provide customers with full and detailed reports on all funds and / or property they handle. Finally, attorneys should not damage third parties by tedious lawsuits or malicious prosecution.

"Vocational Code of Conduct" has set minimum standards on professional behavior of teachers, but it is not an exhaustive list. Members of the Alberta Teachers' Association who are condemned to violate industry standards (including provisions of the Covenant) unless the law is exempted may be criticized for non-professional acts under the Charter of the Association there is.
