St Augustine and classical education

In a deep personal work "St. Augustine's" Confession "of Saint Augustine, he shared the story of his life and eventually turned into Christian faith. Nevertheless, he sees it from a philosophical point of view on how to serve religion, not as precious discipline. The secondary position of this philosophy was widely accepted by philosophers throughout the Middle Ages.

Primary and secondary education in Saint Augustine is supervised by the St John County School District. Currently there is no county-level high school in Saint Augustine city, but Saint Augustine High School, Pedro Menendez High School and St. John's Industrial High School are nearby. Florida State Deafblind School is a National Boarding School for hearing impaired, was established in the city in 1885. The St. Augustine Catholic Diocese runs the oldest Catholic High School in Saint Joseph College, Florida.
