St. Apollonia

The exhibition features works of art from museums and is associated with this symbolic personality. As the church writer Eusebius explained, Apollonia is an old lady who was a victim of Roman persecution in the 3 rd century AD in Alexandria, Egypt. Her jaw was struck until all her teeth were knocked down. When forced to abandon her Christian faith, Apollonia chose to marry himself at Woodpile. Therefore, on February 9, 249 he was a symbol of saints and peace for those suffering from toothache. According to other sources, she is a successful woman at a small Christian church and she may be a target of attack as her last fuss has happened before the earliest events of the Roman compatriot .

As part of the transformation of the church, the exhibition presented a young St. Apollonia oil painting which was probably completed by European artists, which was not known before. In the 1960s, the paintings were donated to the dentistry department and later transferred to the museum. In 2005 this painting was handled by Kenneth Katz of the Detroit Nature Conservation Museum Museum.
