This overseas study abroad experience took place in Sydney, Australia. It was a wonderful experience for me at the advanced level of Penn State University. Embedded experience is through the Art 299 course (social and cultural exploration in visual arts) that took place from December 26, 2017 to January 7, 2018. In Australia you can understand their culture, history, religion, politics, cooking, tradition and other cultural differences. I believe that by immersing himself in a new culture, I can understand how their artistic performances formed their country today. You can also understand their history and the importance of indigenous peoples.
