Tension is stretched or torn muscle or tendon. A tendon is an organization that connects muscles to bones. If you reverse or pull these tissues, you may be nervous. Strain may occur suddenly or it may occur over time. Tension in the back muscle and hamstring muscle is common. Many people like sports. Symptoms include pain, muscle cramps, swelling, troubles of moving muscles, and so on.

Initially, treatment of sprains and strains usually involves rest, injury, freezing, wearing a bandage or device, and medication therapy that presses that area. Post-treatment includes exercise and physical therapy

Ligament sprains, muscle tension, bruising and fractures usually occur suddenly (severe attacks).
