I would like to explain my observation of the most obvious spiritual formation, that is, I will always need to find a way to feed my spirituality in my life. For most people this knows what it seems like a "foolish" statement, but for me it is truly a reality. I grew up in a church, like most traditional churches, I lived in a Christian comfort zone. They picked up everything the Bible said and did not investigate it in detail to see why they believed what they believed.

Mental awakening is the blooming of consciousness. When consciousness expands and opens a new expression it is called awakening. There are many kinds of awakening and flowers, but they are equally mysterious. Why did kids start to awaken to the essence of language and language?
