Racial incitement, abusive speech, blatant hatred's speech must be absolutely regarded as legally protected speech. If the rights of people expressing such statements are infringed by the state authorities, they must obtain the necessary remarks to explore legal instruments. Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the US Constitution and many state constitutions and the first revision of state and federal law.
