Fill out the "Special Project Application Form (2019-2021)" form and send it to ECMWF through the appropriate National Weather Service Director. This is done using a special project request to send the web form. If possible, send an ECMWF request by June 30 th of the year you want to start the project. ECMWF and the Science and Technology Advisory Committee will evaluate it if there is a special project request through the National Meteorological Department. The evaluation of the request is based on the following criteria. Relevance to the purpose of ECMWF, scientific and technical quality, relevance of discipline, and rationality of requested resources. The assessment process will also consider using special project reports and ECMWF software and data infrastructure so far.
