One of the most controversial issues faced by educators today is the theme of educating disabled students, especially through the concept of inclusion. Inclusiveness, regardless of whether a child has a learning disability (farmer), (including the paragraph 5 of 2005) that each student has been defined as a member of the classroom. People with mental retardation are low in IQ and can not fulfill daily functions. Conversations are hopeless for children who are acting such as mental retardation, diet, change of clothes, walking etc.
In 1997, the term special support education was replaced by special support education, and this change in technical term distinguishes providing of special education support. The idea of including the term special education needs is to include all people who need to categorize children's disabilities and require additional assistance. According to the 1994 Education Law, children with special educational needs are classified as disabled, many of them have no contact with the outside world and do not receive education.
Special support education is education for students with disabilities, with the aim of fully developing their capabilities, autonomy and social participation, taking into account individual educational needs. Special support education is done in various forms, such as data room, special class (both general schools), special school called special support school. In the past, special schools were established in accordance with "schools for blinds", "schools for deaf", "schools for mentally disabled people, disabled schools, schools for people with disabilities". However, in recent years the number of handicapped children has increased, and the school education law was partially revised and enacted in 2007 to properly meet their needs. Under the new "special education school" system, special schools can accept several types of obstacles.
