Several weeks ago, I volunteered to participate in a program to help New York City students get high school entrance exam (SHSAT). SHSAT is a 5 hour test middle school student going to some of the best public high schools in the city. Some of these schools have a passing rate of 3%. These children are studying pass rate of 3%.
