The purpose of this study was to explore the nurse's perceptions of the ability to speak and listen at the workplace. Nurses are the core of hospital patient care and patient safety. Their ability to speak and hear greatly influence their own job satisfaction, teamwork and patient safety. In this survey we used a focus group interview on 33 nurses (RN), qualitative methods such as staff from various medical institutions in California or managerial positions. Analyze the data using thematic content analysis. The results of the survey fall into three categories. Impact on speaking, information transmission and reception, and results or results. This research supports the importance of administrators in building an open communication culture. Impact on nurse supervisor: The result of this research is expected to enhance understanding of nurse's perceptions of internal communication within medical facilities. This study highlights the importance of nurse administrators in creating a culture of communication that enables nurses to speak and hear. These open communication culture will improve patient care, improve safety, and enhance employee satisfaction.
Registered nurses usually work at medical institutions. However, among registered nurses, there are nurses who work at schools, community centers, offices, and patient homes. Some registered nurses and travel nurses have no fixed working environment. Instead, they go to the area where nurses are missing. These places are located in the US or overseas. Registered nurses working in hospitals and operating theaters usually work alternately so that patients can receive treatment on a 24 hour basis. The number of times that registered nurses work alternately and the period of change vary depending on the needs of the facility. These registered nurses regularly work outside of conventional working hours. Night shift, weekend work, change of holiday are common. Some registered nurses may be on standby within the specified time.

Communication Skills Registration nurses must be able to communicate effectively with patients to understand their concerns and evaluate their health. Nurses need to explain clearly, such as how to take medicine. They must cooperate with other medical professionals and tell their needs. In terms of management, the nurse should be promoted from an adjunct clinical nurse manager, responsible nurse, or chief nurse to a higher level managerial position such as an assistant director or nurse supervisor, a nursing vice president or a chief care officer I can. Management level nursing staff is required to have a postgraduate degree in nursing and health service management. Position must have leadership, communication skills, negotiation skills, and appropriate judgment.
