When growing up, spicy food is not one of my favorite dishes. I try not to use bold spices and ingredients (like curry and mole) or "bastard". As my preference gets higher and higher, I can now kick with my food a bit with the heat. Nonetheless, food in the southwestern part of the US is truly one of my favorite foods. By using local ingredients and cultural blends to make foods a reality, the taste becomes bold.
Mexican Americans in the United States developed local cuisine mainly using authentic Mexican cuisine ingredients and cuisine styles. Texmex is an American cuisine that combines American and Mexican cuisine influenced Mexican American cuisine. Cooking spreads from cross-border states such as Texas and other states in the southwestern United States to other parts of the country. Tex Mex is very different from the southwestern dishes of Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah. In these areas, the preferred Southwestern cuisine is New Mexican cuisine, and it is also affected by authentic Mexican cuisine. Nevada in the southwest and California on the west coast (a place with California Caribbean dishes) are located in the middle of Mexican - American cuisine. Because the population of Mexican Americans in the southwestern United States is close to Mexico and the population is large, Mexican food is considered one of the best dishes in the United States. Cubans bring Cuban cuisine to Miami Today, Corta dieto, Pastalit de Guayaba, and Empamada are common snacks in town. Cuban culture changed the habit of drinking coffee in Miami Today, one of the many cafes in the city, there are usually cafes and coffee shops with Bastillejo (pastries). Cuban sandwiches were developed in Miami, and now it is the symbol of the main and the symbol of the cuisine and culture of the city.
Miami's cuisine reflects a diverse population, especially from the Caribbean and Latin cuisines.
