My preliminary survey at the Sociology High Point Mall in Personal Food Selection made it possible for me to observe the choice of food among different people. There are many factors that affect food choices. Therefore, I made this observation and developed it into food choice. Several factors include food selection and dietary processes, how age influences influence food choices, and gender differences in the most commonly eaten cultural foods, such as China, Turkey and Italy It is included.

Food sociology is an important topic as well as food sociology in the United States. Three different aspects of the food chain: production, distribution and consumption. There are some social problems in these three aspects, but the most noticeable is income disparity in various fields of society. Therefore, in order to meet the most common needs, it is important to ensure that all markets are at the same price, even if it is not a centralized management system. In addition, the intake of food should be excessive or imbalanced according to the needs of the body. In the three aspects of production, distribution, consumption, American food sociology needs to do a lot of work.

There are a number of factors that determine consumer behavior, such as personal preferences, socialization in a specific food culture, personal background, mobility, infrastructure, food supply, food choice and food preparation. Individual consumption decisions depend not only on cultural and symbolic functions but also on access to structures such as food and infrastructure (purchasing power, food procurement infrastructure, products, sales channel information, etc.). In order to fully analyze the role of culture in food consumption patterns, individual habits of food consumption and individual mediated structural background must be taken into consideration, and these forms and shapes are shaped by these customs ing. These structures may promote or prevent sustainable food selection and practice.
