The most important aspect of separating humans from animals is how we communicate through language. Each language has its own characteristics reflecting each society to some extent. This causes problems: men and women use different languages. How language use is related to their roles and society. In other words, gender is a social statement of biological gender. In essence, this means that the definition of men and women is a combination of male and feminine, and ultimately social construction and understanding of the people themselves.

Several gaps between men and women reflect physiological differences, that is, sex, hormone and genetic influence of reproductive function (1, 3). Gender is a term that refers to differences in social construction between men and women, including differences in labor patterns between employment and unpaid workers (4). Gender is important to explain many of the differences between males and females and the health system can play an important role in reducing health disparities between them. For example, there are differences between males and females in behavior leading to mortality and morbidity, and it is known that medical systems that take into account these sex differences in public health strategies are likely to succeed (5 , 6).

Why is this? The biological differences between men and women like hormones account for some of them. These are examples of sex difference. However, social factors (sex difference) between men and women may play a major role. For example, women generally experienced more stress than men, and research showed that social stress is the main cause of depression. Researchers define stress as an important change in the current situation (existing balance) that may lead to mental or emotional stress and tension. These stressful life events may include marriage, divorce, separation, marriage settlement, personal injury or illness, dismissal or retirement.

Both males and females are equal. Men and women may differ in some respects, but it is important to remember that men and women who have a difference between men and women are not worse than different males and females. For example, men and women are good at different things. This should not mean that men or women mean "better" than each other. Therefore, the fact that men and women are equal does not mean men and women are the same. In fact, men and women are different - because everyone is different - but that does not mean they should not be treated fairly and should not be treated equally
