The main data depends on the management of structured questionnaire, 319 questionnaires were randomly distributed to the sample population (head of household) and 302 was searched. In addition, we gathered soil samples from four places and water samples from five places to determine the pH of the water, the presence and concentration of heavy metals in the soil, and the total hydrocarbon content (THC) of the water. Soil and water samples were analyzed using atomic absorption spectrophotometer and soil and water gravimetric analysis respectively. There is a close relationship between oil spill and regional compensation. Laboratory soil analysis in the sampling community showed that the World Health Organization (WHO) authorized higher levels of heavy metals (such as chromium, lead, arsenic, etc.) at that level and at controlled places. Likewise, the THC concentration of the three communities investigated is 40,000 ppm, exceeding the regulated area of ​​1 ppm of WHO. This has a serious impact on people's soil, water, and socioeconomic activities. Therefore, strict observance of environmental law is very important. Compensation should be paid in full to the community within the deadline and corrective action should be promptly taken in case of leakage. Finally, oil companies need to bring communities to the maintenance and monitoring pipeline with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of life for rural community people.
