Only these children can build their own relationship outside the home, but single children can not share their social capital with their brothers (Webster 2007). One-child policies may increase the proportion of rural children to urban children, thus promoting the exploitation of urban-rural relationships. The SRB of the city is lower than that of the rural areas (citizens who have registered labor) (farmer registration is not so advantageous), because they are in line with the policy and are likely to get permission before delivery 1995: 568; Li 2007: 2-3).

This country adopted one of the most rigorous and mandatory population management policies in the early 1980s - one child per family policy. This policy reduced the growth rate significantly, but it caused many socio-economic problems and controversy.
