Social education is the most abundant and obvious social change that can be affected by the network. The Internet is a library with infinite knowledge, as well as all knowledge, some people will help us, others can hurt us. The network brings many beneficial effects to education, but I solve three problems: research, interaction, and progress. Survey of virtual libraries combines the convenience and convenience of the Internet, so students will be more efficient, witty and creative in their studies and surveys.
In the latter half of the 20th century, with the advent of globalization, people's general interest in environmental, political, economic and socio-cultural issues has increased significantly. It is becoming increasingly clear that if we do not face the current environmental crisis soon we may have a serious and irreversible impact on our world. The Czech Republic is interested in its cultural protection. This is why the government holds a cultural festival every year in the country to protect the Czech culture. However, there is little evidence that adequate measures have been taken to ensure effective protection. This is because communities that are directly involved in culture are often not taken into consideration when developing policies on culture, management and protection.
